The successful legal action that Meghan took was over the disclosure of private communication between family members.

"Now they have disclosed what I am sure the other family members thought was a private conversation between family members.

to leak “disparaging” stories about her, despite insisting they would work out
their differences privately.

It was claimed that Meghan, 39, had expressed frustration that despite the

no member of the Royal Family had yet contacted her to discuss them.


The disclosures are thought to have gone down badly at Buckingham Palace, where trust
in the couple had already been severely eroded.

Yes, that's the difference. William was asked and he said he would be talking to Harry. He hasn't revealed what the outcome was, that should be completely private. There can be no trust left. The Royals have dignity, H&M are behaving like trashy reality show losers.

So another non-story built upon he said, she said and people outside of the family trying to tell us it's inner workings. I wish people were more discerning with stuff like this, so many of Meghan's haters get rinsed for clicks and ad revenue and they don't even realise it.

We already know from William a phone call would be happening and we all knew it would be non productive anyway. As i said it's not like she did a Kim Kardashian who leaked a private phone call (and edited), she never got this backlash tbh.
