I love early mornings now - the house is silent and its the time I get properly to myself before I have to start the day - weekdays are busy from 7.15 onwards but weekends I usually get my "quiet time" until 9ish. Perfect

I have to say that when I used to drive to work at 4am and watch the sunrise and the morning mist hang over the fields....it is lovely. Also I do feel Im getting more from my day. Im ok once I'm up and showered..its just the getting out of bed...
