They keep saying Boris is a liar but he's a great entertainer.

A PM an entertainer? These politicians and people in the media are nuts.

Boris has never made me laugh and he's not entertaining. A PM is a serious job. What are these clowns talking about. Barmy.

A CRAZY country we now live in. Insanity has become the norm.

Apparently Sunak removed some names from Boris's honour list so that may be why Nadine was pissed

What's surprised me is with all his wrongdoing and having to hold investigations into him.
Plus breaking the law.
That the Con Party didn't remove the whip from him.

As they've done with lesser status MPs.

They've just let him roll on and show his disrespect and saying whatever he likes.
Even after breaking the law, and having to resign for attempting to not take action against a sexual predator being one of his MPs.
They still indulged his deceit, lying and wrongdoings in letting him even consider running for to be PM again, never mind him doing so

All he's done, reflects from and on the Party that gave him the platform and enabled him to do so, AND carry on doing as he still is now.
Not really respecting again, an investigation's conclusions.
Unbelievable.
He shouldn't be allowed to seek public office again.
No way, not ever.

it's a democracy, so if people select him for a constituency and then vote for him, it's their choice. I think his days of holding any powerful position in government are gone but i also don't think he is the worst of them in any of the parties and thats the real problem

I think anyone elected who abuses power while in office, which he's done in abundance to suit his own agenda.
That is a person who should have never HAD full power never mind be supported to seek it again.

I hope he does just clear off and earn more millions for his speech making.
Blowing out a load of bile and hot air to the, (in my view), misguided people who actually want to listen to his rantings.
Ranting from him is fine.
Having power however ever again over other people across the Country's lives and livelihoods.
No way.

he was fully intent on fighting against Sunak for the leadership right up to the deadline, with all the fanfare of his return until it fizzled out and he disappeared into the trees. He was fully intent on becoming PM after Cameron, and then Gove stood, and he disappeared into the trees. He doesn't compete unless it's a sure thing. Thats why he has run away now

The thing with Boris, is that he didn't attempt to hide his greed or corruption where most people do. It doesn't make those others any better than him.

The thing about Sunak is that he is already a very wealthy man, so he doesnt need to chase down donors for a few extra quid. He is therefore much less open to corruption, but that same man will quietly put obstacles in the way of a Boris return without making any public declaration. You can bet on that

I would obviously want a majority Labour government.
However, my ideal scenario would be a hung parliament with Labour just short.
Where it needs another Party for an overall majority
Which would then force onto Starmer PR to be brought into play for ALL future elections.

I think anyhow, if Labour win with a majority then in the election after that win.
PR will be Labours policy then.
That's my aim to do all I can as a Labour member to get the overwhelming support for PR passed at 2 Labour conferences now..
To be made policy.

I've never felt more sure it is at last coming

Even Starmer knows it's coming.
The movement for it will intensify.

I am well aware however the Con Party and their more hard line supporters will be messing themselves.
First past the post is not wanted by the majority of voters.
Plus all other Parties elected to Westminster and seeking to be, including independents ALL want PR now.

Only one Party does not and that's the Con Party.
That's going to be unfortunate for them then.
