Because of a severe lack of interest (and people not really caring about this anymore), TiBB Music Festival 13 is officially cancelled until further notice.

I've tried so hard to make this fun, and now its just dead in the water.

Okay. I'll reverse the cancellation, and hopefully, since it's 1 person per country this edition, we get a good number of people.
