cheating where? i don't see any cheating


it depends on few things if its free kick or penalty worthy

does the opponent player play the ball, and incidentally brushing past another player - then no, no free kick or penalty


and in terms of handball, if the ball changes direction and you have any form of advantage from that then it needs to be punished yes, no matter how light you scraped the ball with your fingers


and in terms of offside, yes even one toe is offside, your feet matter most in those decisions not your upper body for example
