Default Problems at the Olympics Paris 2024

The biggest problems apart from the drug cheats and the blokes competing in the women’s events with the Olympics is the scheduling and actually finding the events on TV

We have BBC 1 and 2 , BBC iPlayer , EuroSport 1 & 2 plus Discovery+ and I am still missing key events

some live events aren't on eurosport 1 or 2, but are on separate eurosport streams which you need hbo max for

Well according to their advertising EVERYTHING is gonna be shown on DISCOVERY+ app

Sadly the app isn’t user friendly

That sounds user friendly .. Discovery+ and the BBC i Player are both poorly set up as regards the Olympics

It seems very odd to see China heading the table for Golds …I grew up watching an extremely dominant USA .

Now they are winning golds in events they weren’t even competent in years ago

Its all very suspicious and intensely unsettling

Recent newsclip

After the medley event on Monday, Team GB's Adam Peaty opened fire on the Chinese team, saying "there's no point winning if you're not winning fair".
Swim legend Michael Phelps, who has been vocal about doping issues, also doubled down: "If you test positive, you should never be allowed to come back and compete again, cut and dry. I believe one and done," he told the Associated Press news agency.

Swim legend Michael Phelps, who has been vocal about doping issues, also doubled down: "If you test positive, you should never be allowed to come back and compete again, cut and dry. I believe one and done," he told the Associated Press news agency.

Also this ..

6 August 2024
"Any doubt is just a joke. Stress only makes us stronger," Qin Haiyang - a part of China's history-making men’s 4x100m medley quartet posted after their unprecedented victory over the US on Monday.
Qin's seeming defiance came at the tail end of what has been a challenging time for China in the pool.
Some of the country's top swimmers - including Qin and his relay teammate Sun Jiajun- have faced a slew of doping allegations, followed by contentious US claims that the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) was covering it up.
They were among 23 Chinese swimmers who returned positive doping tests ahead of the Tokyo Olympics.
And although Chinese swimmers have been drug-tested twice as much as some other nations this year before heading to Paris, their performance has been met with scepticism.

[Netherlands disqualified for
'endangering another rider' after

Dutch Dirty Cheat Orange Shirt

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/ol...son-final.html

[Fans on social media hit out at Van Schip,
accusing the Dutch rider of attempting to headbutt Wood.

'What on earth was the Dutch rider doing
in the Madison? He literally swerved and
took Ollie Wood out for no reason,' one fan posted.

'That Madison was carnage, too many
crashes, the Dutch guy who went out of his
way to headbutt the Brit needs a dressing down.

It was ridiculous. Changed line so that
he could headbutt Oli Wood,' another added.

'That looked deliberate- it’s a headbutt.
That should be disqualification,' a third posted.

A fourth posted. 'It looked like a deliberately headbutt
and shoulder barge to the Brit
who wasn't in the race at the time.']

Nicky - whats your view, please

Default Problems at the Olympics Paris 2024

They should just divide all the medals win by China to all the other medalists

Cheating feckers

They are dominating sports events now that they weren’t even competing in 10 - 15 years ago
