I agree...its all about discipline and standards. In many forms of employment rules are rules to maintain a certain standard and representation. Schools are the same. Too many young people have this entitlement' attitude in life thinking they can do whatever they want...parents have a responsibility to support the Schools with their rules. Expel them all and the message might actually sink in. |

'Kincraig Primary School, like all schools in the country, has a clear uniform policy that we expect our pupils to follow.] Regarding spoilt 14-year-old girl......................... |

School uniform at secondary school is ridiculous.
Nothings said about girls with half there arses hanging out a skirt that's so short it's almost a belt..let them wear Jean's fgs. God knows what the teachers think, but I'm fed up being in the co op or somewhere having to stare up at the cueling incase anyone thinks I'm gawping at them. Dont their parents get them told these days? |

This is katie prices fault..and everyone who built her up as a role model..all those kids are mums now, some maybe grannies.
The think it's a womans and girls job to be strong and sexy..when they are infact weak, and ugly. |

![]() "She says she would rather be dead than be seen without her hair dyed. That’s how bad her mental health problems are.” "Each time I try to reason with them, they just quote their ‘policies’ to me… They are denying my daughter an education.” Today Ella returned home sobbing, said April. She already suffers from an eating disorder, and each time she is punished she refuses to eat. "I wish the school realised what they were doing to her and how much worse they are making her mental health,” she said. "This country spends billions telling kids to be who they want to be, yet the school to trying to squeeze her into a box that simply cannot fit in.” says the mum |

Yes the Mother was a fool to let her get red hair. The School is not at Fault. and having an eating disorder means she needs Specialist Help. Outside of School. |

Schools in the States don’t even have uniform policies.

What do guns have to do with kids being able to wear their own clothes?

Also, it’s not like it’s a surprise rule that’s come in. The parents know the rules and try to be difficult, then kick up a fuss because of it. I agree with uniforms and appearance policies. Kids have enough crap to deal with without the added issues within their peer groups of not wearing ‘trendy’ clothing to school or having the right hair colour.

the hair colour and issues rest with the mum, not the child Its a real shame the child's face is all over the news and not the mother |
