Like I said I don't think Daze did anything wrong and it was smart ,but yeah i probably would have done it in a more diplomatic way . But we have to remember they were in pain physically after keeping their hand in the air for 2 hours ...and that storage room looked uncomfortable to sleep.

I think it was always going to come down to an agreement/ pact. Because we all know BB would have carried it on until one of them faints from exhaustion, it's a game ..and there's no way I'm getting sore muscles or cramp ,so I'd negotiate with the other last person standing.

…I don’t think she’s awful but she can get a bit shouty, shouty/preachy when she’s trying to put forward her opinion and others voice any disagreement with it…she has to accept that people will disagree and that the only way to find solutions to things/world changes etc is to listen to other voices…she can tend to have a ‘well I KNOW because I’ve experienced and others haven’t had my experience so they’re wrong…’ type vibe, which in itself shows a lack of ‘KNOWING’ because it’s too blinkered and restricted….knowing is listening, surely…

I didn't appreciate everywhere shutting down when the Queen passed away though.

Obviously it's a shame that she passed away, but that doesn't mean that the country should have a Covid style shutdown over it imo.

What shut down, though? Nothing shut down in my area, and that certainly wasn’t my experience. A COVID style shutdown would suggest that nothing was open and everyone was isolated, but it was anything but that, as people were coming together and sharing a collective experience as a nation, so I’m not really understanding your point.

Maybe it just hit differently for different people?

I think it’s another case of experiences and perceptions differing

Shops and events all shutdown during the whole thing.

It was like being in lockdown all over again.

I’m finding this a very strange comparison and not a true representation of that period of time at all.

It must've been different where you lived then, because where I lived became a ghost town.

But then my area is very much like Nathan in being very pro-royals.

All of hospo was still open, as were many retail places. It was nothing like lock down. The only major things not to be open were offices, and some retail. Christmas Day has more things closed.
