If Starmer had any backbone he would remove her as Housing Minister as this will impact her job, he is probably afraid to make an enemy of her at this stage, he has already fallen out with Rachel

HMRC have no pity in these circumstances for anyone who makes an 'honest' accounting mistake they get hammered with a fine, so that is the least she should be getting, apparently she wants to increase stamp duty on the good citizens of England and Wales, not sure how that is going to fly with the electorate
Also apparently there is very clear guidance on the government website houses in Trust are considered your primary residence...oh dear
