The third point was right after the Charley and Chanelle row. Chanelle had already been to the diary room after the fight she was in the bathroom talking to sam and sam was consoling Chanelle saying "you were only sticking up for yourself" and it was at that point that Chanelle said to Sam that her and Charley never got on and said "remember we had a row before we even came in the house".
