They still have been, they are now easer to be nominated

Anyhue, as their appointed Cyber Guardian it was my duty to be the clanging fire bell - it is part of the job description.

It was still a mathematical possibility, and my job as Cyber Guardian was to sound the cyber firebell, which I did, loudly.
