The only hard thing really about being a moderator on TiBB is the time it takes from your life. We all give as much time as we can to the site and work hard. I hope it works and in general we make it a happy place.
As for winning the show the contestants will be need to be dedicated and show they can manage people as well as work in teams. Communication within the teams will be very important. A bit like being a moderator really. |

While we wait for James' answer, let me recap what happened yesterday night: 12 people joined the competition but they won't stay together.
Yes because they are split in 2 teams: team 1 and team 2. Over the next 2 weeks they will show how competitive and strong they are in order to win "TIBB does the Apprentice". At the end, only one of them will take the prize as "moderator on TIBB". But of course it's fake as the prize is just for a piece of fun, the winner won't be a mod. So far the contestants are in Team 1: Nicola, Ruth, Matt, Billy, Matthew, Stu. And in Team 2: Callum, Sue, Mark, Noel, Andy, Baz. |

Personally, I don't know for you but my favourite bit was the Stu's VT, it was awesome ! I mean this guy is just hilarious, people can think he's a joker but he's not, he's really intelligent and genuine.
The others are brilliant too, it's a great bunch of candidates overall. |

The contestants seem like a good selection of members from the fourm.
It is clear a lot of work has gone on in the auddition and selection process to make sure we had the right mix of people for the first TiBB does the Apprentice. It's all very exciting |

Yes they are all very talented, it's a great mix overall.
Well, after talking about the contestants, let's talk about the first task in the game: The first task is to create a team identity. Over the next two days contestants will have to compose a name, a slogan, a logo, a banner and an avatar for supporting their team. Ok, it's the first task, we may think it's easy but it's not actually as there will be some conflicts. I think about who will be the leader, but it could be something else. |
