Ummm.

Maybe something like 5 stars beneath each post, and you can give a member a certain amount of stars for good posts. That way it wouldn't be given to friends, it would be through good posts? No negative stars and such.

Top right, they have a "meet the members" bit which changes each time you change page. It gives a little bit of info on the member.
