Alot of people probably don't tell their friends and family after they've left school. They move away from the area and tell their friends and family that they're still single.

It should just be like how it is for straight people, you just walk in tht room and say mam/dad can my bf/gf come round.Or come home from work/school or wherever and say oh mam/dad im going out with so and so from class.Unfortunatly it will never be that way i dont think

Single and rather happy at the minute.
I had a three year relationship with a girl called Emily which didnt work out, then I had a four month relationship with a guy called Jake which didnt work out either- so I'm taking it easy and just having a laugh with my friends. TBH, I much prefer being single and having a laugh. If the right person come's along for me.. Then that's a bonus. |

Single and looking/getting to know someone better.
I've never been in a proper relationship, I've had a 6 month on/off but that REALLY was on/off ... I actually regret how it worked out as it was only untill it was finally off that I realised I wanted it back on, haha ... I was too late. However, I'd hate to ''fall in love'' so young, I'm happy enough with casual fun rather than love/moving in together/kids etc as I know some people my age who have been in 2 year relationships and I'm not interested in that right now ... loves too much of a commitment haha. Aaron ... why don't you test your mates/family? LOL. ''Come out'' and see how they react ... then pretend it was all a joke. |

I 'fell in love when I was 14',I was actually 13 when I started going out witht he person In question and Im 17 now and still with them. We`ve been very on off,but were still going lol.Its a really difficult thing to go through though being in love at such a young age.Its hard to cope with.

Apparently the largest percentage of relationships that last forever, are those that started at secondary school. But you also end up latching onto them because you've never had to go out there and look for a partner during your teenage years, and it seems pretty scary so you base your whole life on the one person. Not that im saying you're just with your partner for conveniance, just that many people who get into relationships so young and stay in them...might be happier with someone else. They just daren't do it and stick to what they're used to instead. In short, my only advice for people is to ask themselves if they're truly happy in their relationship. Or could things be much better? You only live once, and wasting years with people just because you don't want to be alone, will narrow your chances of finding someone who's better for you. To those who are as happy as they could be, then you're lucky! |

quite single and happy havin fun i have some good mates who i love so much all girls but im happy with female company anyroads, i do get on with boys and if one came along and it was right id might take the plunge but mates come first with me so theyd have to accept that and i dont know whether they could but not botherd anyhow. i know one of my mates had loads of trouble with her boyfriend and ive seen other girls go through hell to so im cautious but im bi anyroads so perhaps it would be a girl. id never meet anyone on a chatroom or forum anyroads no way man too risky. my mates i know so well and i have a great life but bein not workin it does get boring sometimes but i always find stuff to do

Split from my long term gf about a month ago. We were on off for 10 years. We are still mates but it was going no where, so we sat down and had a chat about what we should do. We both agreed it had ran it's course and although we still both love each other it was time to move on. I miss the cuddles but not the arguments. Miss the kids too.
Am not really looking for anyone at the mo, just having fun. If anything happens then it does. As for cuddles, I have a cuddle buddy. A mate I have known for years. She is single too and if we go out we will sometimes end up holding hands. I am always welcome to go to hers and stay the night as we both like waking up in someone else's arms. It will go no further than cuddles though as we don't want to run the risk of confusing the friendship we have. It suits us both like it is. |

Single.
It's kinda hard when you don't know any gay/bi males. &you're a closet gay guy in the middle of chav town and only your mates know <.< I'd love to meet someone though. i'm bored of being single. &&i hate having crushing on a straight guy for two years ¬_¬ |

if more gay people 'came out of the closet' then they would have see that there were lots of other gay people and that they had a better chance of getting a bf than they thought and maybe it would become more accepted even.I understand its easier said than done though
