OK. I am under pressure from the mods and admins to keep avatars to as small a file size as possible, so here are the new measure/guidelines/rules I am introducing:

1. All animated avatars I make will now be 115 pixels in width.
2. There is now an 8 second/100 frame limit on all requests.
3. I will no longer put borders on these avatars.

When you are requesting video avatars:

1. Please keep your clips as short as possible - remember the 8 second limit.
2. Please mention which part of the clip is the main "feature" you want in your avatar.

I am also going to start slightly fading the "By Matt" watermark

I know this is breaking the rules, but i didnt want to be pestering even more by resending, so, I am asking, which is pestering.

Whatever i do, apart from ignore it, is being a pest. And i cant ignore it because I have been driven insane with coursework!
