Why should the mods delete perfectly legitimate threads so they can be replaced with exactly the same thing?
I did put in that post OR archive them.
Why should the mods archive perfectly legitimate threads so they can be replaced with exactly the same thing?
It wouldn't be exacly the same thing. Poeple would adapt the games and they would be different.
And what if people wanted to stick to the tried-and-tested?
Then that would be perfectly fine, TiBB is changing all the time and good moments in TiBB off-topic history should be preserved.

So if people wanted to stick to the same games, then essentially you would be replacing perfectly legitimate threads with the same thing...

Most people want to see different though, and there's not just these games in General Chat and Chat and Games either......

I agree, I don't know why people want to remove some old threads. Why not bumping them. I don't know if you realized but so many old threads are back, so why not keeping it up.

Only 10 people have replied in this thread you know.

Same= Repetitive and boring
Different= New and Exciting

That's how I see it and it's my opinion. Other people may see it totally different.

So what you're saying is, you find threads like the Word Assosciation game repetitive and boring, but if it was to be archived and replace with exactly the same thing, then that new thread would be "new and exciting"?

It depends how it was run. Anyway i'm not replying to this thread again because what usually happens is that opinions clash and stuff like this turns into a row.

As far as I can see it, admin wont delete a game just so a very similar one can be set up again.

Its as simple as that. If there is a game already on the board then that one stands

I think if there was a title for TiBB's most often Debaters, then we'd win it

Heya everyone!

Im just writing this to ask kindly if i'm allowed to do quiz's, only whenever I put one on chat and games I always get told that its already on the forum. Sometimes i do check and they dont seem to be there but the thing that is annoying me is why is it only me that has to stop doing a quiz, and magic shoes can put alot of games and quizs on here. I would love to know more about this!
Thanks

Ann,
You started a thread called 'The Chain Game' and I asked you, does it work like Word assocation? As it does, the game was pointless, as a game with over 1000 pages already existed of this game, so making a new thread for it is pointless.

Of course you can hold Quiz's, when have I ever said "Quiz's are my thing. No body else can do them"?. To my belief, you have never held a Quiz before, so how come I have stopped you?

And aren't all of these post's a bit pointless, seeing that all I said was this?

Hey Magic-Shoes there's no need to insult Ann, she's done nothing wrong. All she did was put a suggestion forward.

Magic-Shoes no need to get like that. Ann wants to put it all in the past, so it would be great if you could also co-operate.
