There's no reason why Victor should stay compared to Jade and Jeremy. His voice is...weird and he's arrogant as anything.

Jade is at least an outsider, providing us with some groups (not like BB8 where everyone loved each other once Charley left)

and if Victor leaves Emilia will open up to Jeremy and their "relationship" will progress.
