A good start to the series I thought, I think at the moment my favourites are Alex and Lindi but we haven't really seen many of them so it'll probably change.

I'm glad that Nicholas got sacked, he was very arrogant and full of himself. When he said that Alex was uneducated and basically said he was better because he liked Art, I thought it was horrible really.

I liked Nicholas and Raef (I love the controversial ones :tongue) but think Alex is alright too...so it was an unfortunate bottom 3.

On the girls' team I like the black girl and the girl with bright red hair who jumped in the bath - they seem very fun

I had no idea this had started, I just watched it on the iPlayer then. I love Lindi, Simon and Raef so far.

Nicholas was a bit of a plank but I wanted Alex to go, I can tell he'll irritate me more each episode untill he's unbearable.

Some of the words Raef comes out with No doubt there will be double the amount of big words nobody understands next episode.

Good episode tonight, although all the girls squabbling over each other got a bit tedious.

What a catalogue of errors by the girls though, the extortionate quote for the hotel, carelessly losing people's laundry, the frankly laughable idea of a hotline and the underhand tactic of trying to get tips out of people.I'd have told them where to go.

Depsite the vindictive behaviour from Jenny it was basically down to Shazia to look after the laundry. That said Jenny was a crap leader, far too authoritive without actually getting things done.

I agree, the team leader (Jenni) is a total bitch. Felt well bad for Lucinda

Shazia didn't deserve to go - it was a minor error in a disaster of a task, for which Jenni should have been held responsible.

Also, hating the whole hooligan-ish behaviour on the boys' team. Hugging and chanting and cheering really irritates me...it's quite sad.

I don't like any of the boys apart from Raef, they all seem the same. I think Jenny is going to be the bitch of the series, she treated Lucinda badly I felt sorry for her when they were arguing in the car.

It's just bullying really, all she does is talk over people and doesn't let anyone argue back. I wanted to hit her when she kept saying "I am the project manager, let me finish."

She shows a total lack of respect for the others, the way she spoke to Lucinda was appalling and more like a teacher telling off a pupil rather than a discussion with a team member.

Shazia didn't deserve to go last night, Jenny should have gone, I hated her attitude, especially towards Lucinda, it was disgusting, I'm suprised Lucinda didn't retaliate! I can see Jenny going soon if she carrys on her "act", it was great tonight though, can't believe the girls lost people's clothes as well haha!

An interesting episode. I think Sir Alan was wrong to fire Shazia but, as MIchelle Moan pointed out, if you'd simply heard what happened and not seen it then it was probably the decision most people would have made.

Ginger Jenny should have gone. She comes across as an autocratic control freak type of manager but she had so little control over her team. She knew nothing about pricing, she didn't anticipate the logistics of getting the clothes washed and she had nothing even resembling a plan. She didn't seem to have a clue about anything other than telling others to shut up when she's talking. I was surprised that none of the girls took her on and tried to bring her down to size.

The incident in the taxi with Lucinda was amazing. It wasn't a discussion it was an assault. At that time Jenny had no idea of how well or badly her team had done but she decided to pick an argument with Lucinda anyway. I couldn't believe it. I think Jenny made a bit of a burk of herself in last nights episode. She showed she neither had the temperment or the skill set to go much further in the competition. And, she's just plain mean.

Shazia showed order and direction in the system she set up for identifying the laundry but, she was asked by Jenny to leave and go back to the house. Jenny did not acknowledge this at any time in the board room. If it had not been for Shazia's organising the cleaning the girls would have lost by even more.

This years candidates seem to be a bit of a timid bunch. they dont seem to want to say anything in the boardroom. Have they seen the show before?

The Apprentice contestant Jenny Celerier is "too good" to work for Sir Alan Sugar, according to her current boss.

Bill Rumble of home energy efficiency firm Mark Group said it would be "perfect" if Celerier got to the final of the reality show and lost.

Writing on a personal blog, he said: "I need to make one thing clear. I don’t want Jen to win. The perfect result for me would be for her to get through to the final two only to be pipped to the post.

"She’s too good for Sir Alan and I’d like to see her back in the Mark Group to take her team to even greater things."

Failed Apprentice contestant Shazia Wahab described Celerier in an interview with DS as a "really ineffective project manager" who "lost all sense of reasoning and logic".

I dont think theres much chance of her making the final. She didn't show a great deal of competence in last nights episode and when push came to shove she blamed a member of her team for undetaking one of the only clear instructions she gave all task. I think it was quite rich for Jenny to send Shazia back to the house then in the boardroom blame Shazia for leaving. As I recall the girls would have lost even if they hadn't been fined so Jenny blaming her fellow contestant was bang out of order.

Sounds like he is talking out of his backside. After the way she behaved last night it's lucky she's even on the show.

You got lucky punk, hopefully next time she wont be.

I'm so glad Lucinda stayed. I felt sorry for her after the way Jenny treated her, and it would have been wrong to leave because of her.
