Chanelle is still known from Big Brother, she certianly left her mark. Chanelle is probably more famous now with her TV shows etc.
If it's a good song then people will buy it, regardless of whether Chanelle was on Big Brother or not. IMO, Chanelle's single is better than Barbie Girl, so it has it's advantages.

How can anyone put her in the same league as Jade Goody, she's much better than her. The way Chanelle is going at the moment, she's going to over-take Jade's fame by miles, Jade did herself no favours going back into the house. Good luck Chanelle!

Chanelle was a lot more popular than those two.
It was a verycheezy version of an already so so song.
It dived predictably.

Chanelle, and her song are in a completely different league IMO. The song will do much better which isn't saying much.

Top selling perfume, best selling autobiography, three top TV series, a number of fitness DVD's, a popular magazine column.

Not to mention a hell of a lot of TV appearences, including hosting Friday Night Project and winning Celebrity Star's In Their Eyes and opening her own salon!

Jade is, and always be, the most famous BB housemate of all time. Even if it was for the wrong reasons. And even despite this her purfume was still in the Top 5 purfumes this past Christmas, she still makes regular TV interviews and has a new perfume out in the summer.

I dont see a market in a "posh look-a-like" tbh - and calling her singing, well she isnt singing in that song. Her voice has been edited just as much as the Twins was for "Barbie Girl", she isnt talented, just a wannabe.
