On average how many hours sleep do you get each night?
I get around 9 hours normally, without at least 6 hours I never seem to be able to function right these days.It's strange, a couple years back I went through a spell of just never being able to settle but now I'm always out pretty quick. Is there anything you do to get you off to sleep? |
