If there was 2 doors to push I would push them both, and look in the doors, etc.

Not if it was subtle like last year you wouldn't. And to prevent that, two identical 'porch' size rooms before you push the other door open so when you do open the door you aren't in either the house or the white room.

Or maybe there is a door, and a long, dark corridoor, and the housemates will be scared going down the corridoor 'cos it's pitch black and they'd be afraid of ghosts!

What I'd like to see is the housemates being blindfolded and deffened and then being lead in the house. They would then be left their for the rest of the night. It would be quite interesting to see how they would all react.
Either that or the housemates could be transported into the house whilst asleep. Then, come the morning they would wake up in the BB house and wonder what had happened!

They have to pick teams by either a schoolyard pick or by a live competition. You could watch the live competition on E4 after the launch or they have a shock competition after Big Brother Night Project on E4/Channel 4.

How about Big Brother puts an extra 1/3 more housemates into the house.

They put the housemates in, in 3's and when they are in they have to sit in a circle, telling the other two housemates a little about themselves. They then instantly have to vote to evict one of them from first impressions. This then leaves 2 housemates.

The process would continue (3 at a time) until only the right ammount of housemates remained.

I think that would be exciting, and would destroy the people who were so close to being housemates (even getting to go into the house), but being evicted on first impressions by a stranger.
