And if you thought about it, I think you'd have doubts too considering she's been in the uk 7 years.

being in the uk for 7 years does by no means mean that you are fluent in english, or know every word! I have a spanish friend that has lived here for 10, and still when we are in conversation asks me what the word i said meant. It's aprt of learning the language, and so your argument is null.

No it isn’t. She came to the uk to study, so presumably she will have had to have some degree of English to consider coming here in the first place! Then to be here for a further 7 years and still only appear to have a very basic understanding, is very suspicious to me. That’s just my opinion, you are entitled to yours but your one example in no way makes my opinion ‘null’

Okay i never said your opinion was null, i said that your ARGUMENT was. Of course youre entitled to your opinion.

I don't think she expresses a basic understanding: she understands what people say and never fails to understand a joke, she just finds it hard to express at times. If we were to learn thai im sure we wouldnt have nearly as good a understanding as hers is of english after 7 years.

She's funny, but you've got to watch the whole season to put things in perspective as far as calling her THE funniest...but she's definitely in the running!

Ok, well I don't think my argument is null either.

And the Thai comparison is a poor one. English is a more common second language than Thai, by far. It is often taught in schools. It is the international business language and main language of the internet.

Also, you would be suprised how quickly people learn a language once they are living in that country. Like I said, she obviously had some understanding to begin with in order to consider moving here to study.

She would actually need to prove she had good understanding of English before she would be allowed to stay here.

No way.

But laugh at the funny-looking foreigner with the poor command of the English language if you must.

Nadia was arguably a funny looking foreigner with a poor command of the English language...

Sure people's love for her is somewhat superficial because its been less than a week, but unless OTT isn't your style there's no reason no to love the adorable lil cookie monster. She doesn't take herself too seriously, which is refreshing in a HM.

yeah, some people just aren't into over-the-top personalities. Personally, I love it (see signature ) but different strokes for different folks...it would be unprecedented if NO ONE disliked a HM.

Yeah but Kore seems to think with his penis, his favourite housemates are leggy females.

yet when it comes to evictng he will choose the male over the female any day. A typical man in my opinion

I think she's brilliant.
I don't think it's fake or an act, she's not going to be happy when she doesn't get her cookies everday though!

she's funny, but more than that she seems really sweet and nice. bit crazy as well yeah, but overall a good HM. I want to see more of her but hope she doesn't get too annoying.

No not by a long way. I think she's a little mentally challenged plus she can barely speak English. I find her more tragic than funny.
