I'm kind of divided. Although what Michael did was quite disrespectful I don't think he meant any harm when he did it.
I think Sylvia had a right to be offended and upset as it's her clothing which he used.
However I think that how Alexandra ripped into Michael was out of order, she blew it way out of proportion and I think she just wanted an argument. I can tell that she's one of these hot heads who's looking for something to conflict over every 5 seconds.

Sylvia was in the right. What a dirty perverted man Michael is. A horrible horrible gross excuse for a person and should learn manners. The initial act itself was horrible, but had he apologised and said he meant it in jest it wouldn't have been made a big deal. However, he stood there, upon hearing Sylvia close to tears and clearly offended (no-one pull the blind card, she said "I'm offended!") - yet stood and laughed at her.
