I can't believe humans would believe like that, says a lot about Jen and Dale. Bex is far too easily influenced. They should be delat with by Big Brother for asking Bex to get him to punch her, joke or not it is not on, I am glad Bex at least didn't do that.

Dale is a *censored*

People are actually condoning this?

Trying to wind Rex up to get him to punch her, how can anyone say that's right.

The housemates are just jealous of Rex that he doesn't get wound up by their silly behaviour. They always complain about his food but are too lazy to make their own food and they happily eat what Rex makes.

It still doesn't make it right that she's done this.

If Big Brother are going have a go at Alex for bullying, they should then have a word with Bex.

I'm condoning it She didn't try and get him to punch her, it was talk

Why is that a thing to be jealous of? Maybe they just dislike him cos hes a stuck up prat, and lazy? Loads have tried to help. He's like a younger version of Carole, lets no-one near the kitchen.

This forum seems a bit out of touch this year, Rex is well liked on the DS and C4 forums.

Can't really see any likable qualities in the Jen, Dale, Dennis and Bex group.

Just because it was talk doesn't make it right, they WANTED her to do it and she was considering it until Rachel said that it was nasty.

I don't find Rex stuck up, he's a chef so obviously he'll be a little bossy in the kitchen and really apart from Lisa, Kat and a couple of others nobody wants to help in the kitchen. You even heard it on last nights show Luke said "You can't put Rex in jail, we need tea".

They are just lazy.

Why is it this forum out of touch and not C4 Forums/DS out of touch. None of the forums are representative of the general population so all are out of touch to some extent.

Yes, they WANTED her to do it, whose to see she even would do it? Lets be honest, hardly likely.

Okay, he's not bossy 8-) Jennifer,Lisa,Kat,Rachel,Bex,Stephanie and Mario have all helped in the kitchen, some better than others.

Oh yeah all forums are out of touch to an extent, but this forum is usually on the ball with how the other forums are thinking, but this year it seems to be a bit out for some reason.

My reasonings- TiBB has generally younger visitors than the other 2- the other forums can only see Rex for his looks. They can't see past that and can't see he is morphing into another Carole, even moreso than Mario.

If all this stuff about Rebecca punching 4-yr olds was true, she'd have a criminal record and it wouldn't be just a rumour; she'd be hated.

Putting a hot-headed chef in the house, you knew it was just a matter of time and hunger before the fights broke out.

Wait, I'm confused. Did Rebecca actually put food in his bed or did they just talk about it?

no...that would be Mario

Rex was made the controller of the food in the first week...if anyone remembers those conversations...probably not...people have very short attention spans...

Mario and Luke were complete C*cks to Bex on tonights HL show, as were some of the other housemates (I still don't really like her though)...and Rex wanted to have a go at the task...but was basically told to off by Mario...with the t*at's chiming in every other second backing Mario up...

and people still think Rex is a control freak...

the food task was not up by Rex...it was the fact that ALL of the housemates just wouldn't shut the up

dOc

Well, first off, I don't like Rex. At all. He is a bully towards people and so judgmental. How dare he insult the housemates who couldn't stand the shock task when HE wasn't even one of the ones getting shocked and as a result had no idea how it felt? If he had been getting shocked as well and was able to stand it and keep going, then he would have a right to judge, but as it was, that was completely out of order. Kathreya was able to stand the shock even though she was in tears but she didn't attack others for not being able to. Rex on the other hand was not even getting shocked and still felt it was his right to attack others for removing the suits.
I don't see that situation in the same way. In my eyes, he wanted what was best for the group, and came across as aggressive in putting his point across. What he said to Alex was fair enough, but if she hadn't overreacted, the argument wouldn't have continued. And as for Dale/Rex, I think there was an immediate personality clash there - and Dale cannot seem to understand Rex's viewpoints at all.

I completely agree with your second paragraph however. It's unfair and I didn't really expect that from Bex. Even she seems to be giving in to the peer pressure which is becoming more and more apparent in the house - really quite immature, actually.

She chose to do it, just because others told her to, it doesn't mean that she had to.

I dont dislike Rex, in fact I feel quite sorry for him. The group decided he was responsible for cooking and food in the very early days, if they want to take that control from him then they should tell him so in a more mature way, they could simply say it isnt working out for them. Instead they bitch about his cooking, bitch about his worry that food will be wasted or run out. They say he is controlling but they GAVE him that control.

He says very little that could be construed as offensive yet they go at him like poking a bear with a stick yet he still does not rise to the bait. I like him!!!
