Well I'm pretty happy but I worry about my body even when I don't need to. I tend to cover most of my body and not show much skin because I'm very self concious.. but generally I don't think there is anything I'm terribly uncomftable with.

I have some days when I look in the mirror and actually think I look half decent, but most days, no, I don't like what I see :| and no matter how many people say to me "your not ugly" "your really pretty" I always think they're lying, just to be nice, cos I genuinely don't think i'm in the slightest good looking!
I quite like my eyes, cos of them being blue. I also like my hair&piercings I hate my nose, and stomach and legs. |

i am im nearly 35 and look good for my age,im 5.5 weigh 9.3 an curvy and i get told im sexy often, i shall put a pic up as soon as im able to, but yeah im happy with mine an would never consider any kind of surgery, we were given what we were given its just making the most of it xx

Definitely I am.
I was obese a few years ago and now I achieved to do something very well with my body, there is no secret: you want it ? You get it. My life changed since and I cannot imagine myself now with my previous body. It was hard but I got what I wanted so there is nothing to change about my body. And thanks to the gym lol |

I HATE my body, when I say hate I mean I hate going into the swimming pool on holiday because I have to take my top of.
I'm especially unhappy with my cheast and arms, my arms are really skinny and my cheast is...well different to anyone elses but it's to personal to go into I would love to have a muscular cheast and arms. I'm happy with my legs, torso and my hair. |

Is there any part of you that you're particularly happy with? I'm finding that really hard to answer.... Is there any part of you that you're particularly unhappy with and would like to change? My nose...and my boobs are too big.. I wouldn't have surgury... The pain would be unbareable for me.. :P x |

Even starting though its hard it can be good to shock your body with how often you train and what your doing to get good gains. and like it says keep doing it you will slowly get bigger after a while. i came to a standstill a little while ago but now im back to gaining, |

I didn't read the article, it was just the first thing I found on Google. All that I said was just off the top of my head but the main thing is to remember to not overdo it but at the same time still push yourself. I'm not too sure about the diet/protein side of things though because my body type just happens to be the one where I can gain muscle really easily without doing much so Willz is best listening to someone else, like 30stone, for advice on that front.
But I cant stress this point enough, the key thing is less is sometimes more and if you're just interested in getting bigger and not interested in being a body builder or whatever in this situation less is more. People just seem to think that doing as much exercise as possible will help them grow faster. Well it won't because your body needs time to recover and it can't if you don't give it time. |

but yeh i agree like if you spend more than an hour and a half in the gym your doing to long, but then i feel if your not aching the day after your not pushing yourself. i spend around and hour and been sick twice and passed out 4 times when ive got home. lol its not good for me but the gains are great because of the effort put in. and as for the recovery thats exactly what we do, chest mondya arms tuesday. legs wednesday for resting the upper body. Shoulders thursday back and tricep friday and a bit of running on a saturday sometimes. but most people would do well with 3 days a week and doing back and bicep shoulders and legs etc.. |

When I was pregnant I wasnt to bothered about putting on weight because its going to happen wether I liked it or not, It annoys me so much when pregnant women are like ''Ohhh I'm getting fat'' Well Durrr you have a human life growing inside of you. God! Sorry lol
After I gave birth to my Daughter my weight dropped off really quick because I didnt have time to eat, cook ect ect plus I was always to tired to eat anyway! Now im smaller then I was before I got pregnant. I was a size 10 before i got pregnant, then went up to a 12-14 when I was heavily pregnant, now im a size 8-10 and Im happier with my body then I have ever been before. I wouldn't change anything because for the first time ever Im actually happy with the way I look. I'm not saying I'm totally perfect, that's just daft but I'm happy. |
