Yes you have just unearthed a flaw to this twist.
It would have to be a case of the HM's making 2 nominations and BB telling them that there 2nd nomination would be to save thier favourite.
So they nominate 1 to evict one to save.
On the day BB announce the results they will then inform the HM's that they have changed thier mind and have taken the most popular HM and most wanted evicted HM(including ties on both sides) to stand against each other, but will not tell them which catergory they fell in.

So the HM will know the 2 or more are either most popular or most unpopular but wont know which is which.

Ohhh. I get it now. That would be interesting. I can just imagine the look on their faces when BB announces, "Big Brother has decided that both the housemate with the most nominations and the housemate with the most saves will face the public vote. The two housemates are Kathreya and Mikey."

They wouldn't know who was who! Hehehe.

Unknown to the housemates, at the beggining of the week all housemates automatically face eviction. The housemates nominate as usual, the 2 housemates they want to face eviction. However, the 2 or more housemates that recieve the most nominations will not face eviction and will actually be saved from it instead, meaning all other housemates face eviction.

Big Brother can reveal the results as normal to the housemates, and on Friday when Davina talks to the house the housemates will be in for a big surprise.

I have an idea for one. When the housemates wake up they find a roll of duct tape directly cutting the house in half. The tape goes right from the diary room (which they still share) through the living room and the garden door, right up to the garden wall, thus creating a situation where the luxury bedroom sleepers are on one side and the B-Block sleepers are on the other. Big Brother informs the housemates that because they have been unable to get along, he feels it would be best for them to spend some time apart. No housemate is allowed to cross the line until Big Brother has decided that they have settled their differences (which, unknown to them, won't be at least a few days). If you visualize the set up in your head, you'll see that Rex will no longer be allowed in the kitchen under the regime. I personally think this would make for a great set up. Any housemate who crosses the line will be severely punished.

Rex would still be in the kitchen area. If it went from the diary room, wouldn't the kitchen be on b-block's side, and the bathroom on luxury's side.

all housemates are up for eviction
Eviction votes are counted... we are told who is being evicted then its up to housemates to guess who is evicted they must pick a person to go up to the door... if the door opens they are out if not someone else must go to the door... for each person they get wrong there is a punishment....
it will show who the housemates think are unpopular and so cause friction afterwards if say rex is pushed to go to the door but isnt on his way out

Variations of this have been done in the past, and personally I don't like it because it discourages people from being honest in the diary room for fear that the other housemates will see what they said.
