Like I said, the photos are not bad at all. Even if she had intentionally made them public it wouldn't be a big deal. Really, you can't see ANYTHING in the photos.

Vanessa's picture was obviously a lapse in judgement. It was definitely a lot worse than Miley's - but Miley has had a lot more controversy surrounding her. I really hope it doesn't happen to her - it must be an AWFUL position to be put in.

I've never liked V and the photos keep my judgement that way.
It'd make me hypocritical to like Miley, and I don't wanna be put off her because I think she's great.

The Jonas Brothers have ALL said they're gonna remain virgins until they get married because of their faith [ithink] but they're definitely not having sex until marriage.

If Miley's photos [which I really doubt she has] ever surfaced, they would change my opinion of her, and I wouldn't HATE her for them but I wouldn't be as defensive and stuff. Yeah, I agree. Peoples opinions on her will change after something like that happens - but a lot of people dont realise that she is a normal human being. Just because she's a celebrity doesn't mean shes never going to get caught doing something she 'shouldn't'.

Poor Miley. Those photos are hardly bad. I mean teenage girls do that all the time these days and they don't get any hassle from it, just because Miley is famous the whole situation is blown out of proportion.

What my main concern is that she is a role model for many young teens and pre-teens, who see this and try to follow in her footsteps by doing the same which could motivate them to go even further. Disney has a very strong influence on kids.

The pictures aren't bad at all, but the fact that she's 15 and on Disney is what causes the problems. If she were a teen star but not working for the Disney channel, these pictures could even work to her advantage - she could use them to mould herself a different kind of image. This could work for future films etc.; and I'm pretty sure other actresses and celebrities have been in a similar sort of position. I hope she manages to pull through this, and it won't have such an effect in future - she just needs to sort out things as far as Disney is concerned. These teen stars on the Disney channel may have experience all the advantages, but equally the disadvantages can be damaging. And the media really does make or break them.

The feds need to hold them to something other than hacking... i.e. paedophilia, which I think this will be.

It was not taken down so now another Celebrity has been hit and she is also underage.

If it was TiBB I would think that would be the First thing to happen would be the site to be taken down.

They're like an underground/scene community, so keep getting rehosted and the owners of the site cannot be blamed for it for some reason either.
