The only bit about it that bothers me is that it might lose Rex some votes, some of the young girls who fancy him won't really want to see him all over his gf. Also, if she is in there then I think he might stop doing some of his more fun antics and just spend his time chilling with her, part of the reason he did the fun stuff he did was to avoid boredom and stop himself missing her, if she's in there he's not going to be bored or miss her so....

I think it was a good twist though, but yeah i just hope Rex doesn't go all boring now.
