It has always been her way to confront issues with someone and tell them to their faces what she thinks.
This is why she prefers Rex to Lisa- REx (though caustic and ruse) says these things to her face and mostly he has just been winding her up and she knew it- with Lisa it was just cowardly sniping at every opportunity to try and bring her down.

When the lads behaved like idiots over cakegate she took it on the chin and they looked like the bullying prats that they are-
and when she was inevitably up for eviction over the issue with Stu- it was Stu who went.
Her quiet stoicism speaks much louder than empty headed wailing and moaning, shouting and petuilance as observed in such childish characters as Bex- thankfully of our screens and hopefully for good.

Of course if you can PROVE that she doesn't stand up for herself- or others (I have the evidence to back her up myself) then prove it.......

I've always liked Rachel. To me she's one of the housemates that has been consistant through out the show. If anything this show has made her stronger by standing up for herself. Yesterday proved she's not influenced by others and has a mind of her own by nominating Rex. Rightly so for nominating him too all he has done is put her down and make jibes at her.

I remember this

And just thought how good she was there.

Exactly- she laughed!!

This is Rex's sense of humour I'm afraid- whereas some people carry bitching off to a ridiculous degree- and some find this to be hugely entertaining (like with Sylvia for example) others get the dry humour of Rex and Rachel totally gets that.

Whereas Lisa would have said something like that (and even worse) while sat in the garden sipping juicy tea with Mario- safe in the knowledge that Rachel wouldn't hear them- The fact Rex says it to her face should tell you something-
He's having a laugh with her- and Lisa and Mario are just 2-faced bitches who when confronted about it- lie like the snakes in the grass they really are and say 'no it wasn't like that'.
Over the VT debacle and cakegate he clearly overstepped the mark and embarrassed himself amongst with the other lads- Darnell, Mo and Stu- and Lisa as well of course.
Stu paid the ultimate and they shall too- bullying is never nice and the fact that Rachel did it- possibly because the 3 (including Nicole) had had a hellish week in hell makes it even worse.

Here take a look and see Rachel confronting Jen and Bex about them bitching about her behind her back- that's why she's no fence-sitter- and precisely why they aren't in the house anymore.
Oh and it's why Lisa will not win- she's cut from the same deluded cloth as them.

Favourite Rachel moments & storylines

The only one (barring Steph) to defend Bex against Alex in chipgate

Electrocuting everyone along with Dennis, laughing at first, and then realising that people were actually getting hurt so she got Dennis to stop

Strapped to Kat in a llama suit for 2 days

Being accused of fancying Mario by Lisa/Mario

Confronting Jen & Bex and single-handedly shutting down the whisper club ("I just don't want the whispering to start again. But if that's the way you guys are, I'm not going to try change you, it's just the way you are")

Rachel: "By Mario not telling me, then it's him who was sitting on the fence, not me"
Lisa: *gawp*

Confronting Lisa on the night of her breakout and telling her that she wasn't sad to see her go, because she knows all about her slagging off Kat, Rex, Darnell & herself behind their backs with Luke, because she overheard them (she was in the bathroom at the time, and Lisa/Luke didn't know it), and how she thought she'd been particularly nasty to Kat on the night where she sang "Shut up!" to her face.

Staying up all night in the Alarm Clock task with Mo, and singing silly little ditties/songs to keep herself awake, with a towel on her head, chasing off mosquitos (totally loopy, and had me in stitches)

Leaping around the garden doing silly exagerrated exercises (Rex: What's Rachel doing? The macarena?), and also the other day doing star jumps with Mikey (that's it Mikey, go on, you can flyyyyy! - again, a lot funnier on the live feed)

Her impersonation of angry Darnell, stomping around the room

Performed brilliantly in the mime artists task (with Maysoon)

Performed brilliantly in the Olympic Ciruit task as top girl with a time of 8:55

"The reason why you never see my bubbly side Rex is because you bore me to death!"

Struggling through the doors dressed as a cupcake in the cake task, and falling over (it was a lot funnier on the live feed)

Seeing her friends really suffer in hell and trying to get them a treat, via the cake task. And took it on the chin when it backfired and the whole of heaven hated her, altho as I have repeatedly said onluy she TASTED the cakes so only she really knows which one was best

Giving the hell housemates (Kat, Mikey, Nicole) their letters from home instead of hers, and not even telling anyone she had to make the sacrifice

Buying back Kat, Mo & Nicole's suitcases from the shopping list, only for Mo & Nicole to both nominate her...

The goldfish! Awwwww!

The egg+spoon task was very funny on the live feed, not just the eggedy-eggety-egg-egg-egg thing, but also where the wind was blowing her hair into her face and she was telling the wind to go away (I was peeing myself through the live feed, the girl's a nutter, lol)

Dancing/singing on her eviction survival party night, live on 4Music. Very good, also very funny.

"Take it to the face!" Truth or Dare:
Getting a cup of cider thrown all over her face by Mo then giggling off to the bedroom to brush it out of hair.
Getting a bottle of ketchup tipped down her mouth and all over her face, then chasing Rex all over the place to get him back.

Seeing Mo, Darnell & Rex being c**p at baseball, then hitting 2 straight home runs in a row and leaping up and down screaming "woooooo! yeahhhhh!"

Taking 2 or 3 hours to teach Mikey the Thriller moves, especially the bit where she was showing him the thrusting moves, and they were both facing each other and she said "It's a bit like doing rudies", lol. Then being the best performer herself (as confirmed by the judges).

"Why should Nicole get the straighteners first? Is she getting married or something?"

"Rex always gets it wrong. Who listens to Rex anyway, hahaha"

"That was blatently rude, Rex. Are you that much of a control freak that you want people to be quiet all the time".


Add all of those to these factors:

The main object of Luke/Mario & Team B1tch/Nasty's hate campaign, along with Mo (Rachel was nasty at the auditions and came into the room and shouted at everyone; This whole 'nice' thing is fake, Rachel goes into the DR to slag everyone off; Rachel tried it on with Mario; etc etc)

Taking a whole heap of cr4p from Rex, but still coming out with her dignity fully intact, and made Rex look like a complete fool.

Has been a true friend to all of Kat, Mikey, Darnell & Mo, has supported them through thick & thin, and always picked them up whenever they have been at their lowest (and all 4 have expressed their appreciation in the DR).

The most empathic, selfless, compassionate, kind & genuinely nice hm, who is also the only one who hasn't done any b1tching or backstabbing, or done one single nasty thing for 12 whole weeks.

Rachel - a lovely girl, truly amazing, a true sweetheart, highly talented, and a true star.

It would be a travesty of justice if she didn't win.

these are only a few of her bigger moments and dont include her many times of fun/singing/pillow fights/food fights and discussions. Add to it that it would be a victory for Live Feed over the HL show cos they have not editted rachel too well , regularly cutting out things she has said or done to ensure her HL fit the storyline they were giving her (for instance they forgot to include her telling off rex the other day and that he ended up apoloigising to kat over the way he treated her simply cos Rachel had made him realise how mean he was being).

For a lot of you these incidents may not be enough but rather than just being negative about Rachel can you please post similar reasons for why your favourite should win.
I think you may find it difficult to list as many about anyone but good luck.
