This is a Big Brother forum right ? (I hope you did realize but we never know) So what do you expect from this ? People waiting for the HL shows ?
Personally, I can get away from the spoilers easily there by not coming 2 days before the launch or during an event or even during the finale. And I am sure I am not the only one.

So make an effort instead of 'giving warnings to people who post spoilers'.

Most of the time there are big (SPOILER)/[SPOILER] words in the thread title... that means they are spoilers... don't click them

I hate threads that have spoilers in the title.

But putting 'SPOILERS' in the title kinda shows that you shouldn't read it =]

No problem with threads with spoilers as long as there is a warning or the information is in spoiler tags.

If someone forgot that we would edit it. Banning would be a bit extreme, unless they did it deliberately to annoy people.

Like James said, it's a moderators job to try and rid of all the spoilers that don't say they are.

If you find an issue with a post, report it.

If we banned every member that made every mistake then most of the good members wouldn't be here, including yourself, myself, and most members in this thread too

I only watch the HL's show and I find on Tuesday evening long before I know who is actually nominated there are threads here and occasionally a poll by James to who goes on Friday(with no spoiler warning), this is because the info has been officially annouced on a show I dont watch.

Alternatively though on live feeds, results of a task are officially announced in the same manner yet when threads pass on this info they need to add "spoiler warnings"... wheres the difference, if its been put in the public domain on an official site like the nominations results.

I know that posts with 'Spoilers' in the title will have spoilers. This one had no warning at all though. If you've ever had a show spoiled for you, you know how annoying it is!

It is annoying, and as mods we try and prevent it from happening.

But it's also not so serious an offence to warrant a banning, especially as some may do it by accident.

I just don't click on them but there was once when it didn't say spoiler and i read something i didn't want to know about before the event but i just accepted it to be a mistake by the poster i didn't complain about it though it didn't do my head in that much xx
