I don't think you understand the question. There are plenty of examples in this thread where a human ISN'T a person.
By human we're referring to the type of animal we are. By "person" we're referring to how capable we are to fit in, and interact with, society. Get it. A person in this respect is seen as a UNIT of society. So an example AGAIN of where a human isn't a person is when someone suffers permanent brain death...is alive in a hospital but on a respirator being kept alive. No brain activity. This is no longer a person .. can't interact with the society and never will. Human BUT NOT a person.
Others would argue that a 1 hour old embryo ( ie just a few cells in size) is human but not a person.
