Same.
I'm practically underweight.

Conzors; I've already said this to you but.. eating healthier would help more than eating less<3
The thing is I eat ALOT!! So I might pile it on dramatically at one time.

You just have a high metabolic rate.

The problem is atm. Im, not going up or down. Im just staying the same.

And i weight myself 3 times a day :O
That's the worse thing you could do.
Why 3 times a day? Its not like your going to loose weight each time you weigh your self. You should just stop doing that as it makes the whole situation worse. Well its best to see a dietition, and make sure your not eating c**p like crisp etc etc, there all bad for you, contain high levels of hydrogenated fat which puts on weight and infact kills your body, as its not designed to digest it blah blah... But really just don't eat that kinda stuff it really does put on weight. Do you eat meals that are prepared or are mircowavable?
My mum cooks every night. Apart from the odd takeaway now and again.

But i eat inbetween meals sumtimes and late at night. [/quote]

You have aswered your own problem there, its up to you Conor... if you are (putting it bluntly) willing to get off your bum and change your daily lifestyle you will lose weight. If you keep eating take aways and eating late at night, i doubt it! Losing weight is simple, you just need the mind power behind it. Tell your mum you want to eat healthy, not that you are on a diet just that you want to eat healthy, surely she will understand.
Just dont mention your weight, say you feel sluggish and want to turn over a new leaf.

Yeah I agree with that.
I'm not saying don't eat, just don't snack as much as your are saying, and it also depends what your snacking on? I know everyones different but I snack on fruit, hardly interesting but its healthy and good for you.
And try and cut back on the takeaways, I have one every 4 months or so.

Just try and refrain from eating inbetween meals, and if you are hungry, eat an apple or something healthy..

&& Dont weigh yourself daily, its the worst thing you can do imo. Once a week is best, thats what I did in the school holls, I lost just over half a stone in 2 weeks, but I wouldnt have noticed if I did it daily..

You can go doctors all you want but you will only hear what we are saying, get off your bum and exercise and eat properly not the processed rubbish you are eating. I swear some people just expect weight loss to be handed to them, its not gonna go away on it own you need to work hard on it!

Need to stop posting in here so much now

Swap all the comfort food for thigns like grapes, walk not bus it...theres simple little things that will help.

its not just the eating side, tis exercise tooooo.
and for 6ft, you are of normal weight I think...? BMI and all that.

Or maybe you are just big boned? whatever that is, I just hear people say it.

My metabolism was amazing once and i couldn't put weight then, then my thyroid packed up and i ballooned haha.

I used to be fat, but I started walking to school everyday && I joined the gym @ school and started doing PE lessons and it all worked wonders. Just put that little extra work in, wait and you'll soon notice a difference.

You don't need your Mum to take you to the doctors anyway, you can book an appointment and go by yourself. It would probably be more comfortable for you anyway if you were talking about an issue like weight without your parents being there.

And I understand what you mean Conorz, about a few months ago I would of been able to speak to strangers or go to the doctors by myself. But I think me going on holiday completely changed that as I continously kept meeting people and I found more confidence.

So, going to the doctors is much better going without your parents, but i do understand that you will get a bit scared/weird going to talk about it alone, but it will be fine.
