Really, is there any need for making so many pointless posts everyday? I have to work my way through them all and it's been a very tedious affair during throughout this series. I don't like conversation posts or one sentence replies from monosyllabic posters.

I'd consider getting out more if i was you, if your getting that affected by posts and members. I hate people who dictate,bully and that are over opinionated and full of themselves.

You see, and I hate to be a fence-sitter, but both of you are right because a forum doesn't have a single purpose. Some people like serious chat, some people like more chatty convos.

We'll create a seperate forum for the banter and games, and the moderators can also split threads in two which go off-topic. That's the best we can do.

On the contrary, Hooly. I have absolutely no intention of trying to change how TiBB is run. All I have done is express concerns in one thread in "Suggestions" to how the site could be improved to ensure quality rather than quantity is given preference. One of the reasons I liked TiBB when I first arrived here was its small managable community of intelligent posters, some of whom I remember back from BB 2. I don't like forums with hundreds of members as it just becomes a spam-fest - precisely why I seldom post on Digital Spy.

As you can see by my lowly post count I'm not a prolific poster here, so fret no more Hooly, it won't be long until I depart after this series of BB ends, probably not returning until the next series of Pop Idol or some other reality TV show that grabs my interest.

I don't wish to discourage either of you from posting, just to cut down on the spam. Conversational posts might seem ok to you, but they actually exclude posters not part of it. There are some threads with page after page of this and interesting posts get lost at the back.

And if there's anyone dictating and exerting their influence on TiBB it's Hooly. He's the one trying to change the site to his liking by taking advantage of the kindness of people running this site.
