Girlband and Daniel.

I have a question - Why are the acts in the bottom two allowed to sing a different song in the sing off. That doesn't seem fair. One act could pick a song that better suits their voice.

I disagree, I think its fair. If they pick asong that doesnt suit their voice, its their own fault. And the first song was chosen by the judges. If they are in the bottom 2, obviously that song didnt work, so its a good thing they get a chance with another song! What are the chances it will be any different if they sing the same one again?

But if they cant sing a certain song do they deserve to progress another week?

Its 2 people though, and one is gonna stay! Youre giving them both a chance to redeem themselves. Unless you wanna make it like american idol, and just get rid of the lowest vote getter, without a sing off! But this way is more fair for both acts, neither can complain about the song!

One thing for sure Ruth should never have been in the bottom 2..............witness Purple Rain.......................but people have got to start VOTING for her......it's no good her being everyone's third or fourth favourite..............

singing what they want is the part when they can convince the judges that they deserve to stay .
