I don't think this is true anyway, and even if it is it's hardly Daina's fault, she doesn't make the rules, or choose the winners song.

Well that's their fault, not Diana's. It probably isn't even true. The winners song was picked, it's Born to Try.

First of it's the daily mail which is a rag and anyone who believes anything it writes is a fool. Secondly they go for a more generic pop ballad not anything as specific as Hallejulah, it hasn't even got a frickin key change! How would they fit a gospel choir into it!
![]() It's gonna be a generic ballad i'd bet my dinner on it. |

If this song was chosen as the 'winners' song then this is a major unfair advantage for Diana.

The whole thing about her being let through is pathetic, It HAD to happen, they let Rik through, they had to let Diana through, and Alexandras obviously wasn't as severe.
YAY for the winners single though =D |

I thought the winner's single was Born To Try? Nevertheless, that song suits her perfectly, I think it's clear that Diana is the chosen one for this series. I don't blame the other finalists for being furious (I'm thinking JLS, Ruth and Alex are the other finalists who are annoyed) because it's unfair - they've all been slated by the judges for being off key or being "predictable" or whatever else - Diana is guilty of these things too, but is never picked up on it. It's ridiculous.

![]() Its getting to the point where Diana should frankly be a bit embarrassed by all the praise. Does she honestly think she's as good as everybody is saying? In fact do her fans think she's as good as everybody is saying? |

Diana has gone completely crap during the live shows and she has turned into a COMPLETE parody of herself. The style she did in the earlier rounds are nothing like what she does now. |

![]() Leon won last year, Daniel got far, Laura went early, so it doesnt matter where you finish up it has no bearing whether you're good or not. |

I suggest either "Happy Birthday" or "We wish you a merry Christmas" both these songs are short and present little challenge even to an average singer, which will definately suit one of the Diana caliber. I have siad this before each year the X Factor (and any other Cowell inspired show) becomes less a singing competition and more a general reality show with music, this years finalists have proved this yet again. The 2008 X Factor finals have become the spoof of Peter Kays spoof of past X Factor Finals, its a joke. ![]() |
