2 lbs over 11 and a half stone at 5 foot 8 n half.

but yeh ive said im not big... im skinny..

in year 11 i was 8 stone near around i was short and really skinny.

i think they all are (i know the toddler one are cos my doctor has said) and also when i was at the hospital for my asthma and allergies according to them i was overweight which i have never been

I did it by...

1. I munched on raw carrot and parnsips instead of crisps.
2. I gave up chocolate from August... okay, I had a few over Christmas that's it.
3. Walked to work everyday, and home (unless it was severe weather conditions)
4. I just ate less... I gave up all fatty food's.

I had to change ALL my work uniform and get completely new sizes on everything because I dropped two waist sizes and dropped a neck size.
