Hello, and welcome to the second live show that TiBB has to offer, this show is called VISUAL IDOL. As most of you well know, earlier this week, we said goodbye to CONOR, in our first elimination of the series. Tonight its just the same as the contestants pieces of work will be shown and the members vote to save, and the two or more members with the least amount of votes will be in the, VISUAL IDOL SHOWDOWN and the judges decide who stays and who goes out of the bottom acts. In the event of a tie, the public votes will decide who stays and who goes.

Tonights theme is Obsession.
The contestants took this word, and do whatever they wanted with it. As long as its not pornographic, or sexually, or racially or all the other offensive words. LOL.

Better than last week, but not quite there. I think that obsession has a deeper meaning usually, but thats personal opinion. I don't see how you on the mountainside and potatoes make a connection, it's like two seperate art pieces.

I like the swirling and shaping of the mountainside, maybe you could have made more of that, but generally it strikes me as "What has potatoes got to do with the mountainside?"

I can see now that as an artist, you're quite light hearted which is a good thing, but I think that you needed to focus on one area of obsession here.

Hmm, Kate. It's interesting...but I don't think it works. One positive is that you've actually done your picture using computer equipment this week, which is a change from last week.

However, I don't think it works. The idea of your obsession is okay, but its the way you've presented it which looks a bit boring, squashed pictures, a messy font. The pictures kind of ruined with the added swirls aswell. Obviously you've tried, and welldone for that, but I don't think it works.

” I decided to do this on weight obsession because it's something I know about and it would be easy and blah blah blah, but it was bloody hard to take the picture... I made the picture darker, because this is normally how they feel when they have an eating disorder, dark and lonely and sad. I blurred it to show when you have an eating disorder you have a blurred view on reality haha..”
