It is derogatory to use his physical impairment to belittle him. You don't just describe him but hope to make a negative point based on his disability. That is really horrible but still it's in keeping with you previous attck on that ceebeebies presenter.
In so doing you also stigmatise other visually impaired people. Saying simply that
