Perhaps James is the Michael of this series. He survived the Kosha thing then Raef got fired over him in the advert task.

I fail to see how you can fire someone for "being in the background", who has been on the winning team twice, and only lost once.

How many chances did he give Michael last year again?

I don't think that the Asian man (forgotten his name) should have gone, or at least not just him. If I was Sir Alan I would fire James and the bearded guy.

Again, James was a prick and should have gone. I totally agree with what Ben was saying in the boardroom, he is now my second favourite (after Kate).

I wanted Ben to go, it was his fault. If you remember, the narrator said something like

"Despite a simpler idea, Ben and the design team decide to go for the less minimal version"

or something along thoe lines, so it WAS Ben's fault. The product was bloody terrible, and he lied when he said James was looking 'with glee' when it was delivered on the morning, because he was clearly unsure of the product.

Ben should of went. I still dislike Yasmina although she did kind of pull in the John Lewis' order. I'm glad that Sir Alan said it was thanks to Phillip and Lorraine that they won, because I thought her presentation was great. She seems like the underdog.
