My new take on the house would see the house expanded slightly, (possible second story!!) with a bright colour scheme, wacky design features, hopefully making the house stand out from BB past.
 What do you think???

I think you're being pretty generic.
One thing I would suggest is making it really open plan - for the last few years (since BB3 really) the house has quite clearly been divided into separate kitchen, dining and living areas - so making it much more open plan than usual would make it feel very different. |

I like the logo though may I suggest shrinkingit to the same size as the typeface and putting it to the right of the text.

Here you go your first look at the house!!
I don't use sketchup, I use a 3d home design program.I really like the house and I think it would really change the lookout on BBAU.  The Dinning Space ^^  What's Behind this wall?? ^^ Hope enjoyed the sneak peek, More very soon!!
