You choose the person who you think will go and you change it as much as you want until someone is fired

You can change your mind throughout.
If you pick say.... Loranne, then she ends up in the board room, you will get more points for the amount of time you have had her chosen.
If say, a person picks her from the start of the show and keeps her until the end, then she gets fired, they would get more points than a person who chose her like 5 mins before she got fired.

I'm shet at explaining.

People from down south can be so snobby about the north. 'The wages are lower' thats because it is cheaper up here, people get paid more down south but also have to pay a tonne more.
