But that's basically what Elliebrew was saying and councils don't do the renewing, the show applies for it to be renewed and they just give permission or reject it so your still technically wrong.

Plus we should stop referring to it as a contract it's a planning application.

Technical?

There's a big difference between a contract and a planning application so it's a little more than technical.

There's a big difference between a contract and a planning application so it's a little more than technical.
