And so what - the eye is always released before they go into hiding, and it's of no advantage or disadvantage for them to know about it before hand.

The only things it's important they don't know is who the other housemates are, and if Big Brother has any tricks up his sleeve which will be revealed beforehand. As I imagine the answer to the second question is no, really they don't need to go into hiding that early at all.

If they are keeping things secretive for longer, maybe there is a chance he will hear very soon!!

i think they will be going into hiding this thurs or fri. its normally 2 weeks before launch. the producers will have them held up in a hotel in london a day before to record vt's ect. I have never heard of hms going anywere except france or belguim. if yor bf hasnt heard anything by monday i would bet he aint going in at the start of the show

Taking part in Big Brother takes up a good chunk of the year. If you think about it, it's actually mid-May to mid-September (well to those who stay the full duration anyway). I hope this years housemates are ready for it.

the boys from bb8 were in hiding for 3 or 4 weeks coz they put all the girls in first. that would be hard. 3 weeks waiting in solitude for the craziest summer experiance!

doubt it. they dont tell you were you are going until you are in the car with your chaperone, so if you were going into hiding you certainly wouldn't know were you were going a couple of days before. FAIL. also, if you were going into hiding you would be too busy trying to organize your life for the next three months to be sitting on here. FAIL.

elliebellie sezer found out he was in the house the day they came and took him into hiding it was a week before launch, so there may still be a chance, especially if they are trying to save money this year.

plus, just because you go into hiding doesnt mean your on the show, they send people home from hiding, you only find out for sure the night before the show starts. They also put folk in from the trial house like dale and stu and sylvia.
