Last year it was three weeks, but the couple of years before it was just the two.

I'm not expecting a big push from C4 this year - indeed I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother promoting the series at all.

My tip though would be Come Dine with Me on Sunday.

Every year we go through this talk of the first eye flash been shown in between a big show.

But almost every year the first eye flash is spotted in between something like Hollyoaks or Friends on E4.

If C4 had any sense they'd start today, so that they can promote the series as much as possible. The best way would be to have an eye flash in every single ad break they have, but that's never going to happen.

But I reckon if not tonight, then tomorrow they'll start.
