It's life, and psychologists suggest that you dont fully understand death until you experience it through see the process of a loved one part.

Not everything happens to everyone. Things will happen, and you got to be strong. Dont be sorry about it :P

when my dad had his accident and we nearly lost him we twice had the phonecall to say prepare ourselves cos it looked highly unlikely he would make it through the night
when my ex told me he had been cheating on me and no longer loved me i had a 8 month old and a wedding booked it was very dark days for me
and now my ex doesnt see my daughter it is having a big effect on her and it tears me up inside daily

Probably when I was 16 and I was going through depression, I hated myself and the world, and every day was a task. It's not a good state to be in, I thought about some crappy things. It went on for about 6 months, easily healed by just getting busy again, starting a new course and meeting new people.

I'd like to say I've been fairly lucky, but the death of my sisters fiance hit really hard, even though he wasn't that close to me, the whole breakdown of my sister and how it broke up our family left me feeling alone.

Knowing that loved ones didn't want you in their life always hits hard.
