Without google-ing "sex change", I can tell you that a sex change is a lot more than just an operation or two.

It takes years of treatment building up to the operation, and forever more Nadia will be on drugs to help her maintain how far she has come.

Nadia would have examined hundreds of times to, make sure that she was mentally fit to operate on. How she could cope following the change.

Afterwards, LEGAL documents are filled in when the change is performed, from man to woman, or vice versa. Thus signifying the FACT that the person has changed to the opposite sex.

Put simply in my opinion.

If a person has a penis then he is a man.

If a person has a vagina then she is a woman.




Genetics has really nothing to do with it.

However, some people are born in the wrong body and this surgery is, to them, a way to get things the way they are supposed to be. In her mind, she was born as a woman, now she is a woman. Fair enough.
