people are allowed to have a favourite artist. i'm personally not going to write down some 1970's rockband just to make my list seem respectable or valid.

if you don't like who people list then that's your problem. you can't tell people which artists they should like. music snobs are the worst things about lists like these.

Your right. It is my problem. I am not offended, just voicing my lolability about the subject. So what point are you trying to make exactly? I think finding The Saturdays, a fairly new pop act, to be the best band ever is a bit of a stretch. I love classic rock, of which I named a mere two bands. One being metal the other being prog. rock. I hardly put them down just to make a more valid list. Besides that, I listen to electronic more than I do rock. But I cant put down many DJ's or solo electronic producers thanks to the nature of this thread.

If finding that the Saturdays are the greatest band ever is hillarious, and if that makes you a music snob, then I would wager that the majority of the population are music snobs. Which, because we are talking about a majority, instantly nullifies the 'snob' aspect.

I love people like you, who think I am somehow trying to deny someone from liking an artist just because I think their choice is hillarious. Shoot me dead.
