Christ Hannah that looks painful! Only thing I can think of is Arnica cream, but you really need to apply it as soon as you can after you've bruised something. Painful! Try putting Vaseline etc on it but I dunno if it'll help at all!

while they both used as nappy creams i wouldnt put sudo on a tattoo
brona this isnt a rash though its basically a bruise and the lips are notorious for having a lot of blood vessals there and by causing the vacum with the egg cup hannah has burst the one ones near the surface which causes the bruising

hannah have you got any ibruprofen cos that helps bring down swelling so could help with reducing your lips down a bit also some frozen peas or similar wrapped in a teatowel put on there for 10 minute stints every hour or so will help too
