It's a place for people who used to watch the live feed 24/7, feel Channel 4 are TRYING to kill off the show they have paid for, and people who think hating stuff makes them cool and edgy.

I've watched every series of BBUK. This one is utter crap. The lack of live feed means it's impossible to appreciate the housemates as they really are. If you're a casual viewer, fair enough. If you're a die hard, it's game over.

2m watched the eviction last night. That's about a third of what the show got 3 years ago. There's a very good reason for that.

This new 'eviction panel' thing is awful.

Channel 4 are now so desperate to hang on to viewers that they even pull cheap stunts like delaying the eviction announcement.

BBLB is unwatchable bilge fronted by a man who clearly hates BB and holds its fans in contempt.

Big Mouth has been cut to once a week and that's too many. Davina has all the presenting skills of Huffty, but without the endearing accent.

Big Ears - the best spin off during BB9 - is gone.

Diary Room Uncut is gone.

The shrink show is gone.

The housemates are almost all media agency recruits.

The buzz has gone. That's not being pessimistic or moaning for the sake of it - it's the truth.

Fair play to those who are still managing to enjoy this shambles.

The BB bit of Digital Spy is far and away the biggest and busiest Big Brother UK discussion forum anywhere. It's where the tabloids used to get most of their stories from. It's where numerous former housemates post. It's also full of assorted headcases and lunatics and probably receives a government grant for its service to care in the community

Agree with most of it, not all of it. You of all people know how defensive and supportive I was of the show before it went on air ... and I really enjoyed the first week as well. But this last week is just seen it all before, thats the problem. If you can manage to even turn me against a show then theres definitely something up

Definitely agree about buzz though. I mean look at this years Britain's Got Talent. That had the same social impact BB used to have (except for the worldwide thing ), ie feels like everyone is watching and all anyone talks about. Even last year managed to have a bit of buzz. This year, nothing.

In your opinion.

In other words, you only wish to be part of a forum which shares your point of view.

Kind of pointless I'd say.

No i wanna be part of a forum taht can see past the format changes and enjoy whats happening in the house!

Stentionhouse listed soooo much wrong with the format, none of which i agree with

But what you fail to see is an excellent line up, with diverse characters, interesting dynamics and great storylines.

If youve given up the show then go else were and let rue fans enjoy what possible little time we have left

I asked you this earlier ... what format changes?! Thats the reason why this year is so rubbish, its just same old same old. And I did like the new eviction layout for Sophia, but it just doesn't work for any old housemate. Its just Davina, 2 z listers and the housemate arguing for camera time.

What you fail to see is same old same old. Yes, it does have diverse characters, good dynamics and storylines (not great though) but we've seen all this before and thats the problem! On paper it should be a good series but something just isn't clicking into place for people to enjoy.

I fail to see how you can't enjoy it just because everyone in the forum you post in isn't viewing the show through rose-tinted spectacles.

I don't understand why you have such an issue with the fans who aren't enjoying it. Why is it that our opinions are ruining the forum experience for you?

Also, I want to add a few points, since we're discussing the negative opinions of the fans.

I have never watched Live Feed in my life, yet I am missing so much from it being gone. There are no updates from others who watch it.. there are no vids on youtube to watch things you may want to watch.. the news sites aren't updated much because nobody has access to the goings on in the house for the majority of the day. So, indirectly the LF axing has hugely affected my BB experience.

The eviction interview format is rubbish. There are too many people trying to talk at once. Get it back to where Davina asks questions and the HM answers. If they wanted to make it an all-inclusive gig, then they should get questions from the fans, and have Davina ask them. That way they'd be asking the questions we wanted answered, but there wouldn't be a rabble of voices.

I can't get into the series because the HLs only focus on a few HMs and there's no WHATM threads for me to read to fill me in on what everyone else is doing.

So, to recap.. the lack of news updates, video clips, WHATM threads (all of which are missing due to the axing of the LF) makes BB a dull one hour (including adverts) show which is on once a day.

The BB we all know and love is over.

Lilli i wouldnt mind but they cant seem to put a foot right with you lot, because youve all decided to hate it and nothings gonna budge you. It seems to be the cool, in thing to diss BB.

Nearly every new thread is the same, 'BB dont care about the fans' 'Death of BB' etc and its so tiresome and depressing. They arent making these changes to piss you off, the fact is theyre struggling for money and are having to make cuts were nessecery as well as trying to keep it fresh by tweaking the format.

Its a near impossible job when youve got the fans abandoning it in droves like sulky kids. I doubt anyone could do any better producing the show with a budget.

What really is annoying me the constant death knells

Death knells are where I draw the line. Post all you like about how you dont like the series or your switching off, after all, it is a discussion show, but the assumption that Big Brother is dead or that we are somehow less worthy as fans because we dont care that much about the Live Feed is a bit silly.

I have learned to adapt. Big Brother for me now is a highly entertaining one hour entertainment show. And I still watch the live feed at nights and find that entertaining too. Right now for me it is still the best thing on the box.

To be honest elliebrew, I object to you pigeon-holing all the negative fans.

We aren't all jumping on some 'cool to hate BB' bandwagon.

No doubt some are, but speaking for myself, I make my own mind up about the show.

I'm not surprised by the negative response, and I'm not buying the 'budget cuts' excuse either. If it were about money, they could have LF during the day, instead of all night when HMs are sleeping.

The amount of money BB has raked in over the years is phenomenal. I highly doubt this is about money.

And, even if it were, how does that explain the YouTube blackout? People uploading bits and pieces to youtube costs them nothing.

I'm not trying to say they have some agenda for killing the show. However, I am saying that the changes they have made this year are killing the show, whether that was their intention or not.

A lot of the viewers are switching off. That's an undisputable fact.

I think it would be unrealistic to expect that the forums (this one and DS) did not reflect that.

Actually I go into every series with no expectations and look at whats given this year, not compare it to past years. But this year I can't help but do that, it has past years written allover it even down to the house design!

I also object to the "like sulky kids".

It's the viewers prerogative to switch off if they aren't enjoying something. It does not equate to sulking.

It could have been what it was last year though. Even then it was still an event and this year launched with higher ratings than last years final so it could have been another event year even if it was least watched ever. But lack of effort on launch night prevented that
