They have ways of fixing it...they close down lines only having maybe 20 lines open jaming up the network while they have 100 lines open for rachelle/urika/kate......i remember trying for ages to vote for jade.But nothing and just to see i voted for johny/alex and kate and got through straight away and if jade would of had so many people voting i could'nt get through why the hell did she come 4th
